Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using Rytry (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

2. Account & Authentication

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials (Google, Discord, or Overwolf account).
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@rytry.gg if you suspect unauthorized account access.
  • You may not create accounts for others or use the Service on their behalf without their explicit permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or harm other players
  • Automate or script requests to our API beyond normal app usage
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or other security measures
  • Use the Service to publish personal identifying information (“doxxing”) about others
  • Impersonate other players, users, or Riot Games employees
  • Use the Service in any way that violates Riot Games' Terms of Service or API policies
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

4. Community Lists

  • Community lists you create must not contain hate speech, slurs, or content that targets individuals for harassment
  • Do not create lists designed to organize coordinated harassment campaigns against specific players
  • You are responsible for the content of lists you create
  • We may remove lists and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without notice
  • Premium is required to create lists; free users can browse and subscribe

5. Riot Games Compliance

Rytry is not endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. League of Legends is a trademark of Riot Games, Inc.

The Service uses Riot Games' API in accordance with their API Policies. We do not:

  • Reveal enemy summoner names during Ranked Solo/Duo champion select
  • Track cooldowns, ultimates, or summoner spells for gameplay advantage
  • Use match data in ways that violate Riot's data usage policies

6. Subscription & Payments

  • Billing — Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at $4.99/month via Tebex. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
  • Auto-renewal — Subscriptions auto-renew each month until cancelled.
  • Cancellation — Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or Tebex customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds — Refunds are handled by Tebex per their refund policy. We generally honor refund requests within 7 days of purchase if the Service was not usable due to our error.
  • No guarantee of uptime — We do not offer SLA guarantees for the free tier.

7. Intellectual Property

The Rytry application, website, logo, and all associated content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission. League of Legends game data, champion images, and related IP belong to Riot Games.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app or account dashboard. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that rival detection will be 100% accurate. Riot API rate limits and downtime may affect detection latency.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rytry and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before litigation, except for injunctive relief claims.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We'll notify you via in-app notification for significant changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
